The Municipal Utility Company of Munich informed us, that the streetcar tracks on the Thierschstrasse will be renewed in between July 19th, 2010 and September 12th, 2010. The Hotel Splendid-Dollmann is affected by this construction directly.

The double rooms, facing the street, will be exposed to construction noise from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Therefore, we have decided, to offer special reduced rates for this time period, which are available effective immediately. Due to the road work no parking space will be available. We are glad to offer space at an underground parking lot close by for € 20.00 per day.
